Pause & Bloom
A welcoming creative workshop designed to help you pause, play and reconnect with your creativity.
Surrounded by flowers, colour and simple prompts, you are invited to explore painting and mark-making without pressure.
No experience needed, just curiosity, openness and a willingness to enjoy the process.
Why I created Pause & Bloom
I believe that creativity belongs to everyone, not just those who call themselves artists. In a world that often asks us to rush, achieve and get things “right”, these workshops offer something different: a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the simple joy of creating.
Whether you’re returning to art after many years, trying something new, or simply looking for a few hours of calm, you’ll be welcomed into a relaxed, supportive space where there is no pressure to produce perfect work.
Through colour, flowers, mark-making and playful exploration, you’ll discover that creativity isn’t about talent, it’s about curiosity, connection and giving yourself permission to begin.
My hope is that you’ll leave not only with artwork you’ve created, but with renewed confidence, fresh inspiration and a reminder that '“making time to create is a way of caring for yourself.”
In a Pause & Bloom workshop, you’ll spend time around a shared table filled with flowers, paints, brushes and playful creative prompts. The focus is on slowing down, experimenting and enjoying the process rather than creating something perfect.
What you’ll experience
Pause & Bloom is for anyone who wants to connect with creativity in a gentle welcoming space, especially those who feel they are “not creative” or haven’t made art in years. It is for anyone looking for more creativity in their life and who welcomes being given permission to play, without pressure or judgement.
